LEASING YOUR CONDO:

We can supply you with highly qualified tenants who have passed a financial and criminal background check. We screen all potential tenants thoroughly, which in turn reflects the way the community and your condo are maintained.

Fee = 1 Month’s Rent (Of course if we do not rent your unit there is no fee charged.)


MANAGING YOUR CONDO:

Managing your unit includes, but is not limited to:

Collecting rent from your tenant, handling any correspondence with tenant, serving any proper notices, handle evictions, process maintenance work orders (we have our own staff, or we can supply professional contractors).

Fee = 10% of Monthly Rent Amount


SELLING YOUR CONDO:

If you wish to sell your unit we can have it listed on the MLS and market the unit for Sale; being the broker for the sale of your unit. We have bank contacts that may be able to assist in obtaining financing for prospective purchasers.

Fee = 6% of the Sale Price (3% if there is a cooperating broker representing the purchaser, who is entitled to the other 3%)


PURCHASING YOUR CONDO:

Depending on the price, we may be interested in purchasing your condo unit. We are all cash buyers and can close immediately.


HOUSE SITTING:

While you are away from your condo, we are available to maintain your air conditioning temperature, inspect electrical outlets, inspect for possible mold growth, inspect for leaks, flush your toilets, and inspect for infestation.

Fee: $50/mo. For 1 inspection per month.

$100/mo. For 2 inspections per month.
